We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times typically range from 5-9 business days domestically and 10-15 business days for international orders, depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Velour purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@velour.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrance and beauty products cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
